About Leadline Services

Leadline Services is a UK based call centre operating from a single site in North Wiltshire.  The company provides inbound and outbound call centre services.

Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 9.00pm and Saturdays and Sundays 8.00am - 8.00pm. 

Clients range from businesses that need volume response call handling to mail order companies that rely on Leadline for their sales order processing and sometimes voucher processing and banking of cheques.   Data cleansing and follow-up calls form the bulk of the telemarketing work, clients range from businesses who need to have the contacts updated on their database to companies who need to improve marketing response or increase the number of attendees at an event.

With a team of around 25 people, Leadline are a straightforward company to do business with, we have very clear pricing, and we regularly benchmark our services against competitors to ensure the best value for clients.
