Leadline can record inbound calls, usually presenting the caller with a message along the lines of "your call will be recorded for training and quality monitoring purposes".

What are the options?

All calls can be recorded or random calls can be recorded

How can the recordings be accessed?

The recordings are accessed via a secure FTP server

The recordings are available for 7 days within the standard charge and can also be made available for up to 30 days for an additional charge
