Finding new Franchisees

This is a constant challenge, how do you find the right people with the right experience and the right attitude at the right time?  You will no doubt have an idea of who you need to find and Leadline can help by:

Telephone answering packages for franchisees

Your Franchisees will be looking for business, making new contacts, networking and generally doing what they can to get the phone to ring.  When the phone does ring, it's important that it's answered promptly and professionally.

There are 2 main type of packages available:

  • Centralised lines - when your Franchisees are out and about they all divert their calls to one centralised number.  This is usually a geographic number,  but it can be a non-geographic number...more on numbers.  This means that they will never miss a call.  Leadline will be able to configure the system so that they can tell which Franchisee has diverted and will answer the calls in the company name, take messages and pass them  to the franchisee in real time by text or email.

    If you have a centralised number that number can be advertised so that customers can call one number.  Leadline, with postcoding software, will be able to pass those customer details to the correct Franchisee.

  • Individual lines - with this package each Franchisee is given a number.  This is normally a number for their region, or it can be any type of number.  That number is theirs to advertise, and when the phone rings it will be answered by Leadline's team in the company name and messages will be forwarded to the Franchisee in real time by text or email.

Either one of these options presents a huge added value to your Franchisees and packages can be negotiated at rates that the Franchisees would not be able to secure if they individually wanted telephone answering services.

This service also means that because Franchisees don't miss calls, they will secure more business.

Lines are open 7 days a week, and 7 days and business hours packages are able to be negotiated. 

Follow up calls

Franchisees can be focussed on new business and find it difficult to stay in touch with existing customers to secure repeat business.  Leadline's follow up calls will ensure that customers are kept up to date, and an online diary system enables new appointments to be booked in.  This is also an opportunity to ask customers for referrals and perhaps promote an incentive for them to introduce new customers.

Seminars

This is a good way to attract new Franchisees and  sometimes for franchisees to attract new customers.  Leadline can identify the people to contact, call them or email them, build the attendee list and follow up attendees after the event.

Retaining franchisees
