Client A is one of the UK’s leading Fashion houses for Ladies. The fashion house sends out brochures to its client base between 12 – 18 times a year, as well as running regular promotions in top magazines and various weekly newspapers. We take upwards of 1,000 calls a week for the client and take orders for its customers. We also have a team that follows up orders to find out how satisfied the customers are with their purchases and another team which deals with customer service.
