One Off Set Up Fee - £50.00
Monthly Account Management Fee - £50.00 (per month)
Cost Per Call Minute:
- 0-400 minutes per month - £0.90 (per minute)
- 401-750 minutes per month - £0.75 (per minute)
- 751+ minutes per month - £0.60 (per minute)

Lines open Mon to Fri 8.00am to 11.00pm and Sat and Sun 9.00am - 6.00pm. A dedicated voicemail is available for out of hours.

Sales order processing / volume response

Voucher processing

For a standalone service, there is a set up fee of £25.00, a monthly handling fee of £25.00 (no extra charges for volumes) and there is a price per item received.

If voucher processing is part of an inbound campaign then the set up and monthly fees are included.

Each coupon/voucher processed between 75p and 95p

Cost for banking of each cheque/postal order 20p

Prices are dependent on volumes, weight, inserts etc - call Leadline for a quote

Charges for supply and rental of numbers

These are dependent on the type of number that you choose. 

Standard numbers

For any standard geographic or non-geographic number there is no charge provided that the number is used in conjunction with a Leadline call handling service.

Special numbers

These are the rates if you want a special geographic or non-geographic number (3 month notice period applies) :

Non-geographic numbers - charges to you

0800 - 5ppm charge to you, caller pays nothing

0844 - 2ppm charge to you, caller pays 5p per minute

0845 - 3ppm charge to you, caller pays local call rate

Patching charges

If you want Leadline to patch or forward your calls to another number, here are the charges

UK Landline  15p per min 
UK Mobile    30p  per min 
International Landline   50p per min 
International Mobile   £1.00 per min 

Porting

If you have an existing non-geographic number, then you may be able to port that number to Leadline.  Porting agreements are in place with most providers, but to check, contact Leadline first.   

Fulfilment

With envelopes and mailing inserts provided - postage is in addition to the published prices and is payable up front.

Prices are always quoted on an individual basis.

Eshots

We can run an eshot for you with full reporting: 

One off set up fee from £50.00

Database Cleansing 

Database construction

To construct a database from scratch, charges are based on £25.00 per hour

Database validation

Checking names, job titles, company name, address, telephone numbers etc -

Prices are between £1.25 and £1.95 per record for UK validation and between £2.25 and £2.95 for overseas contacts. 

Each record is attempted a minimum of 3 times where appropriate. Postcode software is applied to bring your UK addresses to Royal Mail
standards.

Database enhancement

Checking names, job titles, company name, address, telephone numbers etc and also seeking additional information such as email addresses, renewal or review dates and research questions.

Prices are typically between £1.95 and £2.95 per record for UK contacts and around £3.50 per record for overseas contacts depending on your exact requirements and how many questions you want to ask.

Each record is attempted a minimum of 3 times where appropriate. Postcode software is applied to bring your UK addresses to Royal Mail
standards.

Formatting

If your database needs alignment or needs to be in a different format, charges are based on £25.00 per hour

Customer Satisfaction Surveys 

Telephone based surveys

Prices start from £2.50 per record.  Each record includes a 3 times attempt to each contact where appropriate

Design

Costs for designing a customer satisfaction survey start at £250.00

Analysis

A detailed analysis report can be produced at the end of a quantitative customer satisfaction survey.  This report can be produced in a desktop or presentation format in Excel

Costs for producing an analysis report start at £100.00

Follow up calls

Charges are between £1.95 and £2.95 per record for UK contacts and around £3.50 per record for overseas contacts depending on your exact requirements.  Included in the price is a 3 times attempt to each contact.
