IVR recordings
Apart from Information Lines the cost of recording the scripts is included in the one off set up fee. You can record the scripts yourself (just ask us) but there is no difference in the price.
After the set up if you change you mind or want to add any recordings there is a charge of £25.00 for each recording
Non Geographic and Special Numbers
Standard NGNs are free of charge with an IVR service (above). Special numbers are subject to the charges below.
If no IVR service is required then for a standard number there is a one off set up fee of £25.00 and a monthly rental of £5.00

0800 Freephone
This call is free to your callers and so may well encourage a higher
response rate, particularly if you are prospecting members of the
public.
Charges are based on 4p per minute
0844 Local call rate
Your callers will pay at a local call rate irrespective of where the customer is based in the UK.
There is no charge to you.
0845 Local call rate
Your callers will pay at a local call rate irrespective of where the customer is based in the UK.
Charges are based on 2p per minute
0870 National rate
Your callers are charged at the same rate as if they are making a national call.
There is no charge to you. Leadline don't tend to revenue share unless there are significant volumes, say 10000+ minutes.
Revenue share is being phased out on 0870 numbers and they will be charged out. BT will be charging 3.5p per minute for their 0870s, Leadline will be charging 2p per min. However we're all still waiting for Ofcom to name the day.
0871 10p per minute
Your callers are charged at 10p per minute.
There is no charge to you. Leadline will revenue share if you are a charity - the amount of the share will depend on volumes.
Porting
If you have an existing non-geographic number, then you may be able to
port that number to Leadline's IVR platform. Porting
agreements are in place with most providers, but to check, contact
Leadline first.
Transcription
Typical charges for transcription services start at 20p per record.
3 fields - typically name, address (inc add 1, add 2, town) and postcode = 20p
4 fields = 25p
5 fields = 30p
6 fields = 35p
7 fields = 40p
8 fields = 45p

Fulfilment
With envelopes and mailing inserts provided - postage is in addition to the published prices and is payable up front.
Prices are always quoted on an individual basis.
Voucher Processing
For a stand alone service, there is a set up fee of £25.00, a monthly
handling fee of £25.00 (no extra charges for volumes) and there is a
price per item received.

Eshots
We can run an eshot for you with full reporting:

Prices are between £1.25 and £1.95 per record for UK validation and around £2.50 per record for overseas contacts.
Each record is attempted a minimum of 3 times where appropriate.
Postcode software is applied to bring your UK addresses to Royal Mail
standards.
Data Enhancement
- checking names, job titles, company name, address, telephone numbers
etc and also seeking additional information such as email addresses,
renewal or review dates and research questions.
Prices are between £1.95 and £2.95 per record for UK contacts and
around £3.50 per record for overseas contacts - it all depends on your
exact requirements and how many questions you want to ask.
Each record is attempted a minimum of 3 times where appropriate.
Postcode software is applied to bring your UK addresses to Royal Mail
standards.
