Employee Attitude Surveys
Employee attitude surveys have a value for all sizes of companies.
If you have never conducted an employee attitude survey, you may be concerned that employees will be suspicious of your motives. Before you send the survey, make sure that every employee is aware that the survey will be taking place and that their feedback is important for continuous improvement. This can be communicated via email or intranet, but has the best impact if enclosed with a pay slip.
The employee attitude surveys can be conducted by paper, but ideally employee surveys are web based or sent as an email with a pop up survey.
