Vicky Bell - Operations Manager
Vicky looks after the IT and liaises with customers and has a crucial role to play in the smooth running of Leadline.  She is a fountain of knowledge of all things important and trivial, very competitive, highly imaginative and creative and hosts wonderful elaborate parties.  The centre of Vicky’s world is Crumpet her beautiful cat, and also she’s married to Mark.

Lynne Endacott - Finance and Office Manager
Lynne has been with us for 13 years and is Leadline’s longest serving employee. Lynne’s role within Leadline has developed through the years and she is now our Finance and Office Manager and is in charge of our company accounts and also our office administration. Lynne’s ‘can-do’ attitude makes her one of the most important and indispensable members of the team. Lynne is also now the proud mum of Roman Lias Endacott.

Andrew Georgiou - Customer Services Operator
A member of the team since 2004, Andrew has gone from strength to strength within his role. Andrew has a fantastic attitude to both work and life in general and is great to work with. His client knowledge is extensive which makes him a valuable member of Leadline. As well as an avid Liverpool fan, Andrew also spends a lot of his free time in the gym!

Alan Williamson – Sales Executive
As the newest member of the Leadline team, Alan has settled in well into his role in sales. He has a strong background in customer relationship management and account management and has been applying these skills into his role. Outside of Leadline Alan likes painting and working on his motorbike!

Wanda Brown - Customer Service Operator
Wanda joined the team here are Leadline in 2009 and continues to support us on a part time basis. Wanda is highly skilled in Telemarketing and has a great relationship with people over the phone. When Wanda is not in work she enjoys a glass or two of wine and socialising with friends!
 
Sarah Trigg - Customer Services Operator
Sarah’s role at Leadline primarily involves inbound call handling. Sarah is very strong administratively and is responsible for the customer service letters for one of our clients. When not in work Sarah looks after her two children Matthew and Lucy and loves shopping!
