Yes, it can be done, but Leadline would need to see what's involved with taking your calls. At the end of the first month, Leadline would be able to quote a price per call.
Why is the one off set up fee and monthly management fee FROM £100.00, can I get an actual quote?
The one off set up fees include a dedicated number which you can use to divert your calls, or a standard non-geographic number. It also includes all of your instructions for the operators and basic training. If you need Leadline to invest more time in training, then that's really the only factor that would increase the one off set up fee.
Monthly fees are usually a straight £100.00 for cover Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9.00am - 5.00pm. If ongoing team training is required, if you need lots of reports, if you need Leadline to manage customer service activity, then these factors can increase the monthly figure.
