IVR Standard Product Range

Leadline provide a range of 5 standard IVR products - there are no contractual tie-ins (unless you opt to take them) and there is clear and upfront pricing.  If your IVR campaign does not fit into one of these products then Leadline can design your own bespoke campaign.

This page gives a detailed explanation of how each of the products work:

Routing Products 

There are 3 IVR standard routing products:

24 hour Welcomeroute3

The caller rings an STD number or non-geographic number that you have chosen.  The caller is then presented with a welcome message and the choice of 3 options, for example "press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts and 3 to hold to speak to an operator". 

When the caller selects say option 1 for sales and the sales line is busy then the call can route somewhere else, to Leadline's telephone answering team for example and then if the caller presses option 1 out of hours they can leave a message on voicemail. 

Any messages left on the IVR voicemail are held on a secure server and you can  have online access to those recordings or these messages can be downloaded and transcribed by Leadline and forwarded to you.

Price 

There is a one-off set up fee of £50.00 and a flat monthly charge of £50.00.  Additional charges to you only apply if calls (at any time) route to mobiles, 0800, 0845 and international numbers.

24 hour Welcomeroute10 

This works in exactly the same way as 24 hour Welcomeroute3 except that there are 10 routing options and not 3.

Price 

There is a one-off set up fee of £75.00 and a flat monthly charge of £75.00 (no contractual tie-ins).  Additional charges to you only apply if calls (at any time) route to mobiles, 0800, 0845 and international numbers.

OR

One off set-up fee of £75.00, then a flat monthly charge of £60.00 (min 12 month contract).  Additional charges to you only apply if calls (at any time) route to mobiles, 0800, 0845 and international numbers.

Q-Manager 

This is an incredible product that copes with large volumes routing to a single destination.  The callers ring on an STD number or non-geographic number and listen to a welcome message before they are transferred to operators.  Whilst the caller is in the queue they listen to music (you can choose from 5 musical hold options) and hear comfort messages at intervals pre-set by you.  If the caller is holding for too long they can 'break out' and leave a voicemail for a return call - the operators are alerted if any voicemails need collecting.

Price 

There is a one-off set up fee of £250.00 and a flat monthly charge of £250.00.  Additional charges to you only apply if calls (at any time) route to mobiles, 0800, 0845 and international numbers.

Data Capture Product 

Brochure Request Lines 

This product is mainly used for brochure request lines, but can also be used to capture any type of data with IVR in response to a marketing/advertising campaign.  

The caller rings an STD number or non-geographic number and is prompted by the welcome message to leave their details.  The product works the same as this script on individual prompts rather than a single prompt which would say "after the tone, please leave your name, address, postcode, telephone number, how you found out about us etc".  When confronted with a single prompt callers get scrambled and the details are not presented in an orderly way.

Once the caller has left their details as prompted by the IVR, the voice message is compressed and you can access the message online or the messages can be downloaded by Leadline and transcribed.  Leadline can also quote you for the fulfilment of brochures and small products. 

Price 

One-off set up fee £300.00, then a flat monthly fee of £50.00 (no contractual tie-ins)

OR

One-off set up fee £300.00 then a flat monthly fee £35.00 (min 12 month contract) 

Information Lines

This is purely a recorded message designed to cut down on repetitive calls and inform the caller about (for example) opening hours, restaurant times, forthcoming events etc. You choose the number from a selection of non-geographic numbers, and then you can advertise the number and transfer calls to the number.

Price

There is no set up fee and there is a flat monthly charge of £25.00.  If you want Leadline to record the information line for you there is a £25.00 charge for the initial and subsequent recordings.
