So how does it work?
- You select a number for applicants to call - choice of 0800,0844,0845,0870,0871 numbers
- You then choose if you want the recruitment line(s) to be totally automated (IVR) or to route through to operators - see cost comparisons
- The scripts are then designed, recorded and the lines are tested
What happens next?
- You advertise the recruitment line number and the calls come in
- If you have chosen an automated (IVR) response line then callers will leave their details as prompted by the IVR
- If you want the calls to route to operators then callers will leave their details with the operators
- Details left by callers and transcribed
- Applicants can be sent the application form by email (pdf or link to website) or hard copy
How can I measure the results?
- If your recruitment lines are totally automated (IVR) then you can access the stats and reports through a log-in
- If your recruitment lines are routed to operators then you can request stats and reports. Depending on your requirements there may be a charge
