Are you fed up with repeating the same information time and time again?
A simple and cost effective solution is to set up an information line. You can advertise this line and/or you can transfer calls to this line. An information line is designed to tell your callers everything they need to know so you can get on with your job.

Recording the script
You can manage an information line yourself. Leadline give you a number to dial, you enter the 11 digits of your information line number and make or update the recording - you have a maximum of 30 minutes of recording time.
If you would prefer Leadline to make the recordings, there is a £25.00 charge for making the original and any subsequent recordings.
Non-geographic numbers
You want to encourage people to call your information line, so look at providing local call rate numbers 0844 or 0845. Callers pay at a local call rate and you pay nothing - Leadline will give you a selection of numbers so you can make your choice.
You can of course advertise or transfer to an 0800 freephone number but although this is free to the callers, you will pay 4p per minute.
