IVR from Leadline gives you total control, and can work in tandem with telephone answering services. If the IVR routes to you at home and you're not available then calls can be routed through to Leadline's inbound call centre, or the call can route through to a voicemail.
How much does it cost?
Routing to 3 destinations, for example home phone, then Leadline's telephone answering team if busy and then voicemail out of hours, the costs are:
£50.00 as a one-off set up fee plus £50.00 per month
This is a flat rate based on calls routing through to UK landlines, additional charges apply for calls routing to mobiles and international numbers
