With IVR design you can bespoke your own campaign. You decide which calls route to to which destinations and how the IVR route will work in tandem with your exisating processes.
You need to:
1. Think like the caller and never compromise on the customer experience
2. Think logically and constantly ask "what happens if that line is busy", "what happens if that line is not answered" and "what happens out of hours"
You will end up with an IVR route map which looks a bit like a family tree.
