Automated Database Cleaning
If you have 1000+ records and can submit your database in Excel, Access or as a CSV file then Leadline can carry out a free database audit. The audit produces a quote for updating and correcting your database - see Free Database Audit for more details. The quote is based on the following rates:

Prices are between £1.25 and £1.95 per record for UK validation and around £2.50 per record for overseas contacts.
Each record is attempted a minimum of 3 times where appropriate.
Postcode software is applied to bring your UK addresses to Royal Mail
standards.
Data Enhancement
- checking names, job titles, company name, address, telephone numbers
etc and also seeking additional information such as email addresses,
renewal or review dates and research questions.
Prices are between £1.95 and £2.95 per record for UK contacts and
around £3.50 per record for overseas contacts - it all depends on your
exact requirements and how many questions you want to ask.
