Paper Surveys

 

There are still a surprising number of companies who monitor their customer satisfaction levels with a paper based questionnaire.  We can carry out the design, send out the surveys and present you with the analysis. 

If you want to maximise any decent return: 

  • Specify a deadline for returning completed surveys
  • Offer an incentive for returning completed surveys
  • Go for tick box answers and stick to closed and multiple choice questions because people's writing is difficult to read
  • Always thank people for taking part (in case you need to repeat) 

For companies with a more elderly customer base and in some public sector situations, paper based surveys can work well.  However monitoring customer satisfaction levels in this way is less popular, and although we can help with paper surveys, requests are rare.
