ISO Surveys
If your company is accredited under ISO 9001 you must undertake a customer satisfaction survey once a year to maintain your accreditation. As an ISO 9001 accredited company, Leadline offer a special package to all fellow ISO 9001 companies. This is what the ISO survey package includes:
- Designed survey with 10 standard questions
- Sample approach letter
- Telephone based survey
- Full analysis report
Based on 100 records the ISO survey package costs £250.00. With the ISO survey package we are not able to quote on the basis of a price per completed survey. Each record will be attempted a minimum of 3 times where appropriate. Any part of the process that needs to be tailored around your own requirements will be individually quoted.
