Can I do the analysis myself?
Yes that's fine. Just tell us in which format you want the results sent through to you.
How long does it take to set up a survey?
If you have designed the survey, then send it through to us. If the routing of the questions is straightforward and there are less than 20 questions, then generally we can set that up in a day
What about open questions?
It's very tempting to ask open questions, but when all the information is trawled it can make analysis tricky. It is best to break down the questions, and that also makes it easier for the person who is taking part in the survey
