Message and Accuracy

 

Your messages will be taken in accordance with your instructions, but as a minimum we will capture the name of the caller, the contact telephone number and the reason for the call.  The time of the call will be recorded on your message whether you choose to receive your messages by email, fax or SMS.  All of our messages are sent in real time and are not sent in batches.

To assist in accuracy, we can see the callers CLI (line identification) unless it's witheld, and we also use postcode software as standard when we capture address details.  All of our team are trained to use the phonetic alphabet, so there are no mix ups between foxtrots and sierras.
