The Brand
The current Leadline website and brand was developed by David Yates and Simon Wheatley at Creative Thing - http://www.creativething.com/
Websites are a visual medium and Leadline needed to use visuals and pictures to tell visitors about Leadline and stories of general interest. The stilted library shots of people in meetings and people in headsets didn't do anything to engage the visitor.
Creative Thing worked with a focus group to gain insight into the minds of prospective customers and a huge amount of information was trawled before the start of the design stage.
Design gives visitors the first impression. As we all know, first impressions count, and when searching online people make up their minds very quickly about whether they like the look of a company or not.
The Leadline brand is journalistic in style, using pictures to tell stories about Leadline, clients and hot topics in the call centre industry.
