Like a lot of businesses, Leadline cannot run without technology. Here is an overview of the current systems and technology that you can access by working with Leadline:
Telephone System
Avaya IP406 routes all calls backed up by voicemail PRO. Voicemail software and ports enable live calls and voicemail to run simultaneously
Back up
All information is backed up instantly to the main server which is backed up daily and back up is stored off site
Broadband
Leadline is fully web enabled and work live on client's sites and also on some client systems via a VPN
Call Capability
4000 calls per day with operators and 4000 calls simultaneously via IVR
Call Logging
Oak is the provider and the system enables reporting on all the calls in and out of the building and by client, operator and DDI.
CRM
Act! is in place to manage the sales pipeline and to keep detailed notes of contacts
Message Forwarding
There is a unified messaging system in place called Tobit that enables Leadline operators to forward messages as soon as they are taken via fax, email or SMS. The messages are sent directly from the operator's desktops
Postcode Software
Leadline partner with Postcode Anywhere to help maintain accuracy when taking address details
