When you are a service based company, people are one of the main differentiators. So what's so special about Leadline people?
Firstly recruitment is carried out using a strict process for each role. Skill sets are assessed with computer based tests and a good old fashioned spelling test. Each person must be a good communicator, not just over the phone but face to face. A successful team can only employ good communicators.
Although Leadline encourage individuality there are shared values.
There is an organisational structure of course, but Leadline are not big on titles and there is definitely no room for egos.
For people to provide an excellent quality of service, training is an ongoing commitment that Leadline make. The company was originally accredited under Investors in People in 2002 and was re-accredited under the new IIP criteria in 2006. Business systems are run in line with ISO 9001:2000
