Leadline is a UK based call centre operating from a single site in Worcester. Services are concentrated in 3 areas - inbound call centre services, outbound call centre services and IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Leadline have capacity to handle 4000 calls per day with operators and capability to handle 4000 calls simultaneously with IVR. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am - 5.00pm. IVR keeps your lines open 24 hours.
