For live call centre services, lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm.  IVR keeps your lines open 24 hours.

Core services include telephone answering, sales order processing, data cleansing and follow up calls.

Clients range from small businesses who need telephone answering to mail order companies who rely on Leadline for their sales order processing and sometimes voucher processing and banking of cheques.   Data cleansing and follow up calls form the bulk of the telemarketing work, clients range from businesses who need to have the contacts updated on their database to companies who need to improve marketing response or increase the number of attendees at an event.
